    When you ask us to plan a trip, we use your preferences, budget, dates, passport details where required, and destination needs to prepare options. Quotes may change until flights, hotels, visas, transfers, or experiences are confirmed by the relevant travel partner.

    A booking is confirmed only after the required payment is received and our team shares confirmation details. Some fares, rooms, cruises, permits, activities, and seasonal offers are time-sensitive, so delays in payment can affect price or availability.

    Travel plans can shift, and we will help wherever possible. Any change, cancellation, refund, credit note, or date move depends on airline, hotel, visa, cruise, supplier, and destination rules, including their timelines and charges.
