Request account and data deletion

Use this page to ask Trawel.in to delete your traveler account and the personal data we hold about you from enquiries, chats, wishlists, and marketing lists. Usually completed within 30 days.

1. 01Send a deletion request

   Use the email or WhatsApp buttons below. Include the name, phone number, and email you used with Trawel.in so we can find your records.

2. 02We verify it is you

   We may ask a short follow-up question (for example, a past enquiry destination or phone number) to confirm we are deleting the right traveler profile.

3. 03We delete associated data

   We remove or anonymize enquiry details, chat history, marketing preferences, and profile information tied to your contact details, except records we must keep for legal, tax, or booking reasons.

4. 04You get confirmation

   We aim to complete deletion requests within 30 days and will reply once the request is processed.

5. 05What may be retained

   Some information cannot be fully erased immediately if the law or an active booking requires us to keep it: confirmed booking, invoice, or payment records required for accounting or dispute resolution; information already shared with hotels, airlines, or other partners for an active or completed trip (those partners control their own copies); anonymized analytics that no longer identify you.
